Samantha Wahrmann, an experienced sales coordinator, is a Transaction Closing Manager at Charles Brooks Holding Company (CBHC).

As a Transaction Closing Manager at CBHC, Samantha applies her expert knowledge, industry experience, and relentless energy to settle a wide variety of real estate transactions. Prior to joining CBHC in 2020, Samantha transitioned from healthcare to a more hands-on and personable industry, hospitality. During her time in hospitality, she fulfilled a wide range of roles, including Group Reservation Coordinator at Atlantis Resorts, Sales and Casino Groups Coordinator at Hilton Resort World, and more. As a Sales Coordinator at Hilton Resort Word, Samantha played an integral role in leading the company to achieve record numbers in group sales by creating special events for VIP clients.

Samantha earned an Associate of Science in Nursing at Broward College. She is also recognized as a Notary Public.
